This week Year 3 have been using graded pencils to sketch in the style of Stacey Moore. They have also been learning about fossils and the inspiring work of Mary Anning. The children used soil and sand to show the layers of sedimentary rock and moisture required for fossilisation

We were thrilled to welcome a furry visitor today in the shape of 11 month old Yuri, the guide dog puppy! The children learned how guide dogs help people, the training required, and just what a clever pup Yuri already is as he showed off his food finding skills! Thankyou to Mr and Mrs Raymond for Bringing Yuri in to see us.
